Joel, had difficulty sleeping after the energy and excitement of the event. What I got out of the event was a tremendous sense of validation, as evidenced by the enthusiasm and passion, about research transformation. The sense throughout the day was that we were here to figure out what the right questions are - which will of course set the future actions, learnings, principles, ideas, and experiences we will generate.

It was such a kick to see not only Unilever and P&G respectfully sharing together, but also MSN and Google on the same panel! It really brought home the conclusion, as we are seeing already in the awesome progress of the ORQC, that this is a time for cooperation and partnership, fueled by active and authentic listening, in the industry. I feel like we are in the same position as the 'founding fathers' (men and women this time around!) in terms of setting unprecedented cooperative energy to solve some of the toughest challenges the industry has ever faced.
